Here at Cinemac, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that our auditorium, box office and waiting areas are as safe as possible for both our staff and visitors. A list of our full safety procedures can be found below:

Please refrain from bringing in sweets, drinks or other edible items into the cinema. This is to protect our staff and other visitors.
Reduced capacity to help maintain a safe distance between groups.
We are asking our visitors to please wear a face-mask at all times when in the cinema. You may remove your face mask when inside the auditorium.
New box office area allowing for a socially distanced queuing system.
Enhanced cleaning procedures in all areas of the cinema.
Seating gaps between groups.
Staggered screening times to reduce the risk of overlap between guests leaving and arriving.
We will ONLY be accepting card payments.
We have created a new box office on the ground floor of the building. Tickets will still be available from the box office, however we urge you to book online to guarantee your seat and for a completely contactless experience.
We have implemented a new queuing system downstairs, allowing groups to maintain a safe distance whilst queuing.
Please refrain from bringing in sweets, drinks or other edible items into the cinema. This is to protect our staff and other visitors. We have reduced the price of our drinks and food items to make them more competitive.
Our new box office will be open 45 minutes before each performance.
Those with pre-booked tickets, that do not want to purchase any sweets or drinks will be able to head straight into the auditorium. Please bring proof of booking with you, which can be done via a printout or on an electronic device.
Two hand sanitising stations have been installed on the ground floor. One is located upon entry, the other is at the box office.
The lift will be available for use by one group at a time and will be cleaned after each use. If you need to use the lift, please notify the welcome host upon arrival.
All seats are now reserved. Please only sit in the seats that you have booked.
A 2 seat gap will be left between groups. There will be a seat divider in between the empty seats to protect groups on either side. The dividers do not affect your viewing experience.
Seats will be left vacant in front and behind each group.
Centre seats from selected rows have been removed to allow easy access to our facilities whilst maintaining a safe distance from other groups.
We encourage larger group to sit on rows: H, K, M & O.
Only one group will be able to use the toilets at a time.
Toilets will be monitored by an attendant and will be cleaned after each use.
During busy periods, toilets will be unisex so groups can use the facilities together.
To exit the auditorium, groups will now use our Victorian staircase which is located in the waiting area by the female toilets. Our cinema hosts will guide you towards the new exit.
Film times have been staggered to ensure there will be no overlap between visitors leaving the venue and those arriving for the next screening.
We will only allow one group into Cinebar at a time. The bar will also be card only and we will be operating with a reduced drinks menu. A limited selection of sweets and soft drinks will now be available from the bar.
Hand sanitising stations have been installed outside of each toilet as well as inside the auditorium.
Please follow current government guidelines regarding face coverings.
We ask that you do not enter the cinema wearing gloves. If you would like a pair of gloves, these can be provided by our welcome host.
Our auditorium will be cleaned thoroughly after each performance. This includes all arm rests and touch points.
We have temporarily suspended our Sunday & Monday ticket offer. All film tickets will now be £5 per person until the release of Tenet on August 12th.
